Zaner Bloser handwriting vs my italic handwriting style. This was a newsletter that I published years ago about handwriting and how things would look if done in the handwriting style that I liked to use. I went on to made something entirely new in those days — videos of me writing my italic style. I used it for my newsletters and people around the world paid me $10.00 for an annual subscription. We, my wife and I sold handwriting supplies and that is how we made a living working at home out of a room we made from our 2-car garage. I was doing this when I was interviewed for CBS and for the Wall Street Journal and also for a job hosting my 13-week television program, “Calligraphy is Fun.” Those were the days!

Yep, those were days I have fond memories of. I wish we were still in those times and I was not worried about my age and health.

I am just starting to learn… not an easy thing… every morning on my sheet… it requires a lot a lot of time.
It does take time to change the way one does things. I think that is, for example, why I get so frustrated with Blogger.
